Fox had two Senators that had read the memo and both said this will rock this country. Hundreds of FBI and DOJ employees are involved. They went along with these illegal activities because they were sure Hillary was going to win the election and would sweep all of this under the rug, even the lame stream media will not be able to gloss this over. Pencil DT for another seven years, the mid terms will be similar to 2010. The Dems are pulling their hair out because of Trumps accomplishments in just his first year. It's going to be fun to watch.
P.S The Repubs are shady too, just not as stupid.

This one of those posts that answers the question "Can Slo Dunce continue to get dumber, or is there a ceiling to the idiocy?"...and the answers, of course, are "yes" and "no", respectively.

Right?
It rates right up there with creating a shell corporation to pay off a porn star you're banging so you can win evangelical votes in an election without having to explain to them or your wife that you're a scumbag.
Not that I give a fvck - I'd have banged her too, but I wouldn't pay her 130 grand to say I didn't. But I'm not a judgemental evangelical fuckstick that votes based on that kind of crap, either.
The electorate is as big a sh!tshow as congress is.

You know they are scared of this if they are basicly begging that the "Memo" not be released. Like I've said over and over, there is a culture of corruption in all levels of government. Just so you understand, Law Enforcement facilitates it, if law enforcement had a real culture of honesty, integrity & accountability, we would not have a corruption problem in government. Unfortunately Law Enforcement operates under the culture of "loyalty", and "loyalty" is a euphemism for "corruption", so it comes full circle unfortunately.

WTF? So do cops generally let criminals see the evidence they've collected of their crimes before an arrest? Is that the SOP in America now?
"Hey! We know you killed a hooker and hid her dead body under the back porch, so you may want to get rid of said dead body before we come over to arrest you for killing a hooker and hiding her dead body under the back porch. That would be SUPER! Thanks!" /s
Again, WTF?

Answer: Depends who you are is the obvious answer, and if you are/was in Government in a position which has power associated, what we have seen in the media suggests that you do get to see the "evidence", before its destroyed or lost that is.

You are correct, I was a bit slow to the plate on that one.
The DOJ wants the memo because it accuses them of criminality, if they know what the allegations are they know what to burn and I'm sure they will give a courtesy copy to the FBI, so they can CYA themselves.
More importantly Memos like this happen because of "whistleblowers" who have confided in someone else and provided evidence, and these "whistleblowers" have been disloyal and must be found out. The "memo" would likely lead to the source of the information.

It's a stick figure drawing by Nunes. And now the Democrats are crafting up their own stick figure drawing.
What a f'n retard fest.
I remember "liberals" warning about the Patriot Act and the FISA court and how they could lead to abuse. That was about the time all today's Trump lovers accused them of hating America.
Look, if the FISA court allowed the FBI to spy on you, then it was legal. That's what happens when you pal around with Russians all the time. If you're outraged now, then you should have listened back then.

The question I have is why is the department of justice logo on-top? They have been trying to block its release so I would not think the memo would come from them. This is probably not the real thing, but maybe a real leaked justice department document about Seth Rich.

No the Republicans blocked it and the Democrats in the committee voted for it.

A Republican, he serves as chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and was a member of President Trump's transition team.[2] Nunes's district, numbered as the 21st from 2003 to 2013, is in the San Joaquin Valley and includes most of western Tulare County and much of eastern Fresno County.
In early 2017, he was criticized for bias in a congressional investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections.[3][4] On April 6, 2017, he temporarily stepped aside from leading that investigation while the Office of Congressional Ethics investigates charges that he improperly disclosed classified information to the public, but he remains committee chairman for other purposes. Nunes has denied the allegations.[5][6] The Office of Congressional Ethics later cleared Nunes of allegations that he disclosed classified information to the public.[7][6] His attacks on the FBI and the investigation by independent counsel Robert Mueller have created concerns about GOP efforts to halt the investigation and to protect Trump from any allegations against him.[8]
I wonder who changed the Wiki to call him a Russian spy?

I am sure cherry picking four pages out of a 60 or 70 page FISA order won't be done with any political motivation, nor will it be done to give an impression that something happened, that didn't.
The republicans will claim it's huge, and the democrats will say it's a load a crap.
I watched Nancy Peolosi basically meltdown on CNN over it 2 nights ago.
Holy Mother of Babbling Bulls!it batman..
Talk about unfit to serve. She is so doped up on meds that she can barely put two paragraphs together. Sounds like the Dems will have to kick her ass out of the Senate.

Fake? lol
I read the memo, it's not even internally consistent, you don't need to have any other information to rebut it, should anyone find it necessary...but I suspect the rebuttal memo will be out sooner or later, it's going to be released to the full House here this week.
The upshot of the memo is that there would be no FISA warrant without the Steele Dossier, and then goes on to share a few other reasons why there would be a warrant.

Not doubt officials at both the DOJ and FBI used the fake dossier for political gain, they should all go to jail, but they won't. In another month this will all be forgotten about, and Comey will make millions writing a book....

I'm pretty sure that if the FISA court issued a warrant then it isn't illegal.
I guess this is what the "liberals" were warning about back in the Iraqi Freedom days. Remember?
It's almost as if government likes to abuse any power they can.
Right now ICE is going to use Vigilant's license plate tracking software to keep track of every American's movements - under the guise of looking for illegals. They said they won't use the info to build a database or share the details with any other federal agencies.
I'm sure it will be different this time though.

also, isnt having someone retired from MI6 and the head of a investigations firm in England, collusion? i mean they are going outside the country, to special agents, asking for fake sh!t to be written like its credible, actual, intelligence gathering....
its collusion, all the way....
Dan, if you use false sh!t to get a warrant, its illegal... if i planted drugs on you, to get a warrant to search your house, thats illegal... regardless if the court granted it or not, someone lied to obtain it.....

whats funny, is months ago, Todd, and other Democrats, and even the FBI, said there was never a warrant... even tho people know better, and found out there was a warrant, they continously said it was fake news, and there never was a warrant...
this memo shows, there was more than 1 warrant (by renewing, thats basically getting a new warrant to continue surveillance), and proves what everyone, including Rich has been saying...
the government is corrupt as sh!t, that is why they are using their tactics to try to undermine Trump, because hes exposing all the bullsh!t they do... the problem is, that CNN (who was reporting this morning, that the memo came from Russia, and Nunes is a paid agent basically), and other news sources are still convincing people that its Trump thats the problem....
Trump isnt the problem, the rest of the government is the problem... if Trump succeeds and gets rid of the corruption, the government cant fvck you anymore, if he gets rid of the people that are doing it, they cant hurt others....
all this memo did, was just guarantee 7 more years of Trump....

Oh and Rich, this isnt a SHTF Moment or Memo. Anyone who has ever built a legal case knows you need to weave all of the evidence together to create a narrative supporting your position. This is nothing but a string, but I assume there will be more strings to weave into this narrative.

You know something bad is going to happen when you hear..."Hey, hold my beer and watch this"
You can simplify it however makes you sleep better but real Americans should be outraged that a fake dossier/s funded by one political party to lie and undermine their political opponent was Prima Facia evidence and the deciding factor in issuing a FISA and allowing the FBI and CIA to intentionally spy on their political opponents and to intentionally influence our elections and fix the winner is disgusting. I said months ago to you sheep that the Obongo admin handed out FISA like it was candy, virtually never denying a request. Hell, they didn’t even need PC just a fake dossier of dubious origins and from a guy that’s entire premise was to prevent Trump from getting elected, a dossier full of lies and bullshitt funded by the DNC was all that was needed to spy and wiretap a US citizen and intentionally undermine our democracy. A year later and what’s come out of the “independent council” is still no collusion by the Trump team BUT definite collusion, lying, obstruction, treason and subversion by the democrats. There’ll be no righteous outrage or moral indignation by the resident liberals because morality and decency are anathema to their Modus Operandi, their secular humanism and end justifies the means mentality can’t grasp the reality, as per usual.
I said a long time back that if Trump really did this he should be hung so I’ll stay consistent with my thought and believe Comey and many other dems and perhaps even several republicans should hang for their sedition. One is knocking on deaths door as we speak and the eternal swamp is eagerly awaiting his arrival.
All this and Hilary too, now that’s it’s coming to light, should be funny asfuck watching the liberal sheep run scared. The Russian collusion is found between Hilary and the dems but they were so confident.....Hilary might’ve been right when she screamed at Donna Brazile that, “if he wins we’ll all hang by nooses”. I’ll pull the trap door on Podesta the pedo and Hilary the loser bitch. Short of execution they should be banished to the paradise known as Haiti which she single handedly rebuilt....so it’s no longer a shitthole. Lolol
Carry on....

My take on this "memo" is that this is normal stuff that Law Enforcement all across the country does when they need to, its definitely in the play book. I was hoping for much more than this, none the less people in the DOJ, FBI and executive branch committed felonies which this memo demonstrates probable cause for, there is enough to definitely put people in jail. At this point I cant believe anyone will actually go to jail as I have zero faith in this country or its processes at this point.
The most valuable thing that comes from this "memo" is that now the entire world knows that the US government criminal justice system is compromised by corruption as is the executive branch. Even with Trump in there it still is compromised and not credible. (the white house already said no changes will be made at the DOJ), meaning nobody is going to jail or getting fired. Also they say the rank and file at the DOJ and FBI are honest and ethical. Seriously? Where did the people who condoned, committed and facilitated this stuff come from? the "rank and file" of course, and they have spent entire careers recruiting and promoting people they can "trust" people with the same ethics and values of themselves. Hate to tell you this but my experience in Law Enforcement tells me that about 50% of cops are flat out pieces of chit, about 95% are willing to look the other way when corrupt stuff is done, less than 1% will make personal sacrifice to do the right thing, blow the whistle and tell the truth. The reason less than 1% will talk is because if you do your gonna get fired or worse.
What's also is true is that if the top federal law enforcement agencies in the country are corrupt it means that all law enforcement in the country is corrupt because that is the projected culture from the top, but I already knew that because the FBI told me in 2009.
I agree with the amount of corruption in LEO across the country and across all agencies is out of control. Whether that corruption is overt or ignored by those who might otherwise be honorable but fear retribution for exposing the abuses. Their tacit approval through inaction makes them as culpable as those that abuse their power.
This memo is the tip of the iceberg and having a president that isn’t a lifelong swamp dweller and wants to clean up and restore dignity of our federal law enforcement will be an uphill and unpopular undertaking, one that as we’ve seen already will be a dirty fight with lying scumbags. Scumbags like Piglosi, McCain, Schumer and others that can’t be taken seriously like Maxine Waters and her racist band of ignorant, arrogant retards.
The democrats are poised to shitthebed as their lies bite them in their ass and set them up for a midterm ass kicking. Something they should be getting used to by now. I’m enjoying watching them drown in their own feces and hope that eventually Seth Rich is vindicated by the adjudication of “blind” justice.

"quality rambling"
SO you think the MSM storyline on Seth Rich is true then? Murdered in a robbery but nothing of value stolen from him? Wikileaks offered a large reward for information regarding his murder and said he was their leak right after his murder.
So you think I am wrong about this one just like I have been about everything else?

and yes I am right about gnomes and bigfoot as well and someday the truth will come out.

"Trump was right...the Trump tower was being bugged." no one can deny that at this point after the release of the memo.
Question is why did he never prove that his statements were correct, he could have released information at any time about the bugs in Trump Tower but he did not. He made the allegations about the bugging right after he took office but never gave more info.
Now we know why the FBI tried so hard to block release of the House Intelligence Committee memo. And why Democrats and the media want to change the subject to Republican motivations. The four-page memo released Friday reports disturbing facts about how the FBI and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court appear to have been used to influence the 2016 election and its aftermath.
The memo says an “essential” part of the FISA application was the “dossier” assembled by former British spy Christopher Steele and the research firm Fusion GPS that was hired by a law firm attached to the Clinton campaign. The memo adds that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe told the committee in December 2017 that “no surveillance warrant would have been sought” without the dossier.
This is troubling enough, but the memo also discloses that the FBI failed to inform the FISA court that the Clinton campaign had funded the dossier. The memo says the FBI supported its FISA application by “extensively” citing a September 2016 article in Yahoo News that contained allegations against Mr. Page. But the FBI failed to tell the court that Mr. Steele and Fusion were the main sources for that Yahoo article. In essence the FBI was citing Mr. Steele to corroborate Mr. Steele.

The Democratic National Committee had a rough 2017, plagued by leadership troubles, internal squabbling, and unflattering reports. To top it off, the party ended the year "dead broke," says The Intercept's Ryan Grim.
The Democratic Party is carrying more than $6 million in debt, according to year-end filings — and has just $6.5 million in the bank. Do the math, and the party is working with just over $400,000 overall. Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money. The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million by the end of 2017 — about twice as much as the DNC — and entered 2018 with almost $40 million to spare, with not a penny of debt.

It’s been said by myself, you and others here that they’re all snakes, with very few exceptions I completely agree and Trump, if nothing else, by virtue of being an outsider not ingratiated into the political snakepit has shined a light on the cockroaches in DC. There’s a reason that none of the lifelong political snakes wanted an outsider. Gridlock, political infighting and constant stalemates are good for their job security and to help make lobbyists rich but all it’s done for us it to cost us more by paying for a bigger and more incompetent government to usurp our freedoms.
